System that guides the organization towards reducing the risk of microbial contamination in fruits and vegetables and product safety in the field (harvest work). In ranch (farm) audits, it is also oriented towards crop protection (proper use of phytosanitary products), rational use of fertilizers and prevention of microbial contamination of irrigation water.

System whose purpose is to ensure the safety of food, that is, that these will not cause harm to consumers.
