Global GAP
It adds to the Good Agricultural Practices established by Global G.A.P, specific requirements for greater control in the use of phytosanitary products, establishing lists of active substances allowed for each crop.
• SPRING: Additional addendum to Global GAP that allows demonstrating the commitment to sustainable water management.
• FSMA: Additional addendum to Global GAP aimed at meeting safety requirements in accordance with the Food Safety Modernization Law for products exported to the US.
• GRASP: Voluntary social-labour management tool where the producer demonstrates compliance with human rights, labor rights and ILO conventions.
Buenas Prácticas Agrícolas - BPA (GAP) HACCP
System that guides the organization towards reducing the risk of microbial contamination in fruits and vegetables and product safety in the field (harvest work). In ranch (farm) audits, it is also oriented towards crop protection (proper use of phytosanitary products), rational use of fertilizers and prevention of microbial contamination of irrigation water.
HACCP / Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM)
System whose purpose is to ensure the safety of food, that is, that these will not cause harm to consumers.
It is a system that identifies, evaluates and controls significant hazards for food safety.
SMETA
Certification that brings together good practices based on the ETI code and local laws, which includes modules on health and safety, labor standards, and the environment.
